Effectively immediately restaurants, bars, and food establishment will only offer takeout & delivery options. Additionally stores may be running on limited staff and changes to operating hours. Please be patient as this transition takes effect.

At All Reptiles, we’re taking extra precautions to ensure our customers and employees are safe during the COVID-19 disruption. We will continue following the direction of provincial and national health authorities to ensure your safety, and we have put additional measures in place, including enhanced cleaning protocols.

We understand the importance of being able to keep your reptile family fed and are working hard to keep fully stocked. Our shop currently remains open to you, but please keep an eye out for the possibility of reduced hours as we’re handling this situation one day at a time.

Cafe Mirage Grill & Lounge

REDUCED HOURS OF OPERATION:

Starting today, we will be reducing our hours of operation
down to 4:00PM-9:00PM Monday-Sunday. We will continue
to have our doors closed to dine-in meals, however, we will
still be providing take-out and delivery options during
these hours.

We will continually monitor the situation and follow the
necessary protocols set out by the provincial and national
health ministry. Please keep posted for future changes.

COVID-19 VIRUS – Notice to Patrons from SCCM Management

In the attempt to keep our employees, families and customers safe and healthy we have asked our employees to: wear latex gloves, avoid close contact with co-workers and customers, no hand-shaking, to sanitize their work spaces and common areas often, and to avoid sharing work tools.

At Jollibee,  our commitment to the health and well-being of our customers,  team members and the communities in which we serve is extremely important to us.  We pride ourselves in sharing the joy of eating through our great tasting food and warm, friendly service while adhering to the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

As the world reels from the ongoing threat of COVID-19,  we wanted to let you know that we are carefully monitoring the situation and keeping abreast on the updates and guidance from health agencies including the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization.  Safety is our top priority.  As such,  we have implemented precautionary measures across all our Jollibee restaurants to protect our customers and team members during this time of heightened concern.  We have increased the health and safety practices as recommended by CDC,  including:

  • Provision of hand sanitizers for easy access of customers and team members
  • More frequent cleaning and sanitizing of communal areas
  • Sanitizing of serving trays , pagers and other tools after every use
  • Transfer issuance of disposable utensils and condiments over the counter to ensure sanitation
  • More frequent handwashing and sanitizing practices among team members
  • Assemble all orders “To Go” to minimize handling of trays
  • Regular communication of illness prevention practices to our team members

Across Jollibee, we have developed scenario-based protocols to support possible exposure in any of our work locations.  We have postponed large meetings across our restaurants and Support Center in the U.S. and Canada and have restricted any business-related travel until further notice.  Mandated self-quarantine are also in place following guidelines set by the company.

We will continue to adjust our operations according to the recommendations of health authorities.  Bringing people together over the joy of eating has been our mission at Jollibee and we remain committed to providing a safe and quality dining experience to all our customers.  We enjoin you to help us in this endeavor through:

  • Practice of proper hygiene such as handwashing before meals
  • Observe proper respiratory coughing etiquette
  • Maintain ‘social distance’ from one another in all our restaurants.

In closing, thank you for the love you continue to show us at Jollibee.  Know that we are doing our part to remain vigilant and proactive in support of WHO, CDC, local health authorities, and federal organizations in their efforts to contain and fight the spread of COVID-19.  We will continue to update you as we navigate this challenge together.
